Unallocated payments and unnecessary fees charged

for the past 2 months i have been fighting with cell c regarding my account. I pay my account cash and i forwarded them proof of payment every month but the payment don't gets allocated to my account which result in my account being suspended and me having to call them to get it unsuspended. i also recently discovered they are charging me for a debit order but my payment method is cash. Can you please rectify my account urgently and let me know when it is done.
