Unallocated payments
It has taken Cell C two months to allocate a manual payment to my account. I finally received confirmation that my payment has been allocated, but 48 hours later my account still shows this amount as outstanding. Just shocking how they can take your money, but accounts are not being updated. Where is this money going then, I ask you ......

15 Jul 2021, 16:28That is exactly my point. My account was paid up to date, but my payment from two months ago still hasn't been allocated by Cell C. I refuse to make any further payments until my previous payments have all been allocated.
