I'm not happy with the service, on the 05.07.2022 I paid R400.00 and I have sent them proof payment they say they wil allocate it and end of July they needed to debit 799 hw come cz my debit is 399 so never debited I make payment of 400 on the 4th of August they saw dat proof of payment en again end of August de haven't debit 399 they stil say I owe 799 I made a payment of 400 on 1st of September so now they no longer debit cz they never allocated all dat payment dey keep on say is been escalated. I even went to their branch in vestival mall 3times they are also not helping even customer care is not helping dey sent me from pillar to post I'm very very disappointed with cellc cz they ruining my credit score. Dey have even charge me interst.

The August and the one made 1 September are allocated . Your account is now in credit by R400 as the cash payment was ,made after the debit order.
