Unacceptable service, false marketing promises no delivery, breach of contract non performance

I am a business customer and I took CellC up on their "contract buy out" offer which they marketed heavily over Christmas 2016. All the paperwork was duly completed and returned to Cellc in Mid January 2017. I received a brand new Iphone 7 before the end of Jan. At this point I was very satisfied with Cell C's efficiency. I clearly stated on the forms that my number needs to be ported on the 31st of January from Vodacom to Cell C. This didnt happen, I emailed Janine van Wyk (the contact person that processed my apllication) countless times and she simply ignores me. I asked her on several occasions to provide me with someone's details that can assist me as well as her managers number, ignored again. ********** I requested for the port to be end of Feb 2017 but this didnt happen either. Finally having enough I told CellC to cancel the contract completely due to non performance on their side. Janine van Wyk simply ignored me again. I warned CellC not to port my number in the middle of the month as I would then have to pay Vodacom and CellC for the same month and I can only use one service provider. This request was ignored yet again and my number was ported in middle March. I had to pay Vodacom and CellC for March. I want the money back for March CellC or you can take your contract and tear it up. I have a bonafide case against you for misrepresentation and non performance. Then theres the matter of the money that is supposed to be paid into my business account. The "Contract buy out" part. We are now in May you took your direct debit today and I have still not received the money as promised in our contract. I am giving you a last opportunity to fix this and fix this quickly. I am giving you two weeks to completely satisfy me as per the terms of our contract and the terms sent to Janine van Wyk. Failure in which I will start the legal process to get the contract cancelled and claim damages from you. I have the means to do it and its a matter of principle now. Remember the Billboard in Sandton....
