Unacceptable Service

Cell C's network issues is apparently the reason that my debit orders didn't go off. No communication to me, just cut me off with no network. Can't even call them. When I did from another phone, I'm told that the debit order can only go off the next day and until so, I'm stuck without having service. My job is phkne dependent, this is highly frustrating. Used to love Cell C but they have now just gone down the same path as all the others.
