Unacceptable service and nonexistent Internet

The internet connection that they provide keeps dropping away. when you call for support you get transferred over and over until someone just drops the line on you. when you finally get to speak to someone you need to take your data sim out of their router, put it in a phone so they can send you an sms with steps that cannot be followed as those options are not available on your phone. when you point this out to the agent they just put the phone down. other agents say no it must be your router. but again when you point out to them that its the router they gave you they want to then send you an sms to the number again. the service is absolutely shocking. i am due for an upgrade on my cell phone contract but if this is the level of service i receive on my data line i wont be renewing with Cell C
