UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I am really upset that I could not be help via the Call Centre about my repair. I have a cell c contract with you guys, you are NOT ready to assist us when needed. I sent my phone in for repairs for a software upgrade (my phone was working dialing out, receiving calls switching on) , few weeks afterwards my phone just wouldnt switch on, I sent it back in for repairs with a response coming back that it is BER (beyond economic repair). How am I to accept this. My contract is still valid for couple of months so I am liable to pay it finish???? with no phone because your repair guys messed it up?? So call me on *** and sort this unacceptable service delivery out.
