Unacceptable service.
I am very dissapointed with Cell C. I have been waiting for them to provide me with a paid up letter since 7/12/2018. The turnaround time of 48 hours has been exceeded. I have called them 3 times, and in each instance I am asked to wait because some or other department is still busy with it. How long does it take to type out a simple paid up letter?

A paid up letter should not be an issue if there are no outstanding amounts and everything is in order. We will get someone to assist.
