Unacceptable service

<p>During this year I cancelled my contract with cell c on the ********** 724 due to neglegence as they gave my son that is student an open line. I was told that I would not be able to cancel his contract on ********** 532 until June 2016 which I did. I changed the option for a limited usage of over R100. Today I called in because my son has aproblem with his phone and I was told by the lady from cumtomer service that he still on an open line and that his contract was never amended</p>
