unacceptable service

I already made a complaint last Tuesday on hellopeter regarding data validation. No surprise that I still don't have resolution. Someone called me on Wednesday but because I was unavailable and couldn't answer my phone they left a message with no phone number and that was that. I called in the next day and I was told my request has been sent to the back office. Still no feedback. I call this morning was put on hold for 10 minutes, the person didn't come back to me. I called back again and I was told someone would call me back in an hour. Still nothing. I just find this service unacceptable especially as I have already complained on hello peter. All I want is feedback and resolution. Why must I keep chasing you up after I have complained over and over? Just communicate with me! reference no is: ***.
