UNACCEPTABLE SERCVICE FROM CELL AGENTS PROFESSIONALISM
Firstly I am due for upgrade according to my cell c app on the 01/10/2020 however on the website when I wish to upgrade I receive a sms that tells me 18/10/2020 and now today it indicates 20/10/2020. Also I have been phoning constantly to enquire about availability of Iphone 11 and each time an agent gives me some excuse and advise to phone back in a week or they will phone me and never do. Today, I am fed up with excuses, according to Cell C consultant this morning she told me that Cell C havent had stock since beginning of the year and she doesnt forecast any time soon. Also that the agent that told me that three weeks ago that there was stock was lying "as that is what agents do" you are more than welcome to retrieve all phone calls made from myself.
