UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SENDING CLIENTS FROM ONE *********** CONSULTANT TO 4 OTHERS!

<p>I have a policy with Cell C: CSPOL ********** - Since the 11/11/2015 - this is the 1st time i am trying to make use of this policy and the service received thus far is pathetic.</p> <p>I sent an email on the 23/06/2016 to ********** to ask for assistance as to how i can go about having my phone repaired and to date i have not received a response.</p> <p>on my policy docs is a general tel: ********** i have called this number today to be told im through to the wrong department as this is a customer service dept and i was told to call ********** , i called them and they said im through to the wrong dept and to call ********** , i called that to be told again im through to the wrong dept and to call - ********** 007, i have tried this number and cannot get through!! So what do i do, you take a premium each month and when i need assistance i get pushed around from pillar to post!! Unacceptable. Can i please speak to someone competent to help me!~</p>
