Unacceptable Cell C Service Levels
Does anybody have the email address of the CEO Douglas Stevenson? I am having/have had issues with th my personal and business account. As the service at the help desk is so poor - I phoned them three times about the issue on my personal account and all three ladies, one being the supervisor said they could not help me! Had to get in my car and physically go to a Cell C branch. The only way to address this appalling help desk service is direct contact with the CEO.

09 May 2020, 14:49I am asking for your CEO's email as I want him to be aware of my, and many more customers frustrations with the poor level of Cell C service. I have already said I went in to the branch to resolve my matter, it will serve no purpose to send you my ID number now as per your request.
