Unacceptable business practice

07 Dec 2021 at 10:41 am I was contacted by cell c and took out a data package of R220 for 50gig day and 50gig night. Money was deducted August 25th and Sept25th. On 1 Oct I received an SMS stating that "my monthly bill limit subscription & value is R417.99. You have R199.01 remaining to use". I copied this portion of a complaint I send through in 2021, recently I have been contacted by cell c to pay the amount that through the response on Hello Peter they said they resolved. Based on the response i understood that the matter was resolved but Cell c want me to make payment arrangements after nearly 2years of not paying this account.
