Unacceptable behavior for the sales

So i call them to cancel my contract, the consultant convincesme into taking another device to which i agreed on the conditions the product doesn'texceed R400p/m and has a watch included in the package, i did highlight that to her and she said to me not to worry cos she is going to get me a deal of that kind the existing one and leave the new one , come statement all contracts are still in place, so she was focused on selling her product and boost her sales so much that she won't play honest with her sales skills, now i am surprised to see my statement demanding R500+ p/m.
