Unacceptable and frustrating

I really didn't want to leave a review here, but I really don't know what else to do now.

Cell C is making life really difficult for their customers. Your processes are complicated, your staff is uninformed, unprofessional and unorganized. I will not even mention the attitude that they have towards their customers and their colleagues.

NO ONE is willing to help! I have emailed, phoned numerous times, when to almost every store in town. I simply cannot afford to keep going back to a Cell C store only to hear of ANOTHER list of documents I need.

Please get your story straight!!!
