Unacceptable

I have a SONY AQUA DUEL.I took out a contract at Cellc at the glen. Service was amazing.but I am not happy with my device.this morning I woke up to find my phone was not working.the device won't even turn on.two months prior to this I had taken my phone to Cellc alberton city.the MANAGER HAD GIVEN ME A SAMSUNG CABLE as my Sony cable was not charging the device.thereafter proceeded to have more problems with the device.CELLC BEDFORDVIEW had told me I needed to go to MIDRAND for more assistance,which is far to far for me to travel to get my device fixed with the ORIGINAL CHARGING CABLE WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME BY THE MANAGER IN ALBERTON CITY.The device isn't even 4 months old and it will not turn on. My mom who also has a Sony had to take hers in for repairs OVER 8 TIMES in less than a year! I'm not happy with Sony at all as its a inconvenience and I do not see why Cellc can only help me with my device in MIDRAND!! IM NOT IMPRESSED WITH SONY AT ALL NOR WITH CELLC NOT HAVING A REPAIR CENTER NEAR BY EITHER.
