Unacceptable

I was in yesterday to but a screen protector which was a pack of two. He put it on lovely, gave me my receipt and then left. I had then realized he never gave the other screen protector back to me. I returned the next day and he showed me that the screen protector had dust partials in it and the film wasn't aligned. This could have not being a manufacturer fault. He did however give me another one but this shouldn't have happened if he'd just honestly gave me the other protector in the first place. And not **** when I returned. He also claimed the reason he didn't give me the screen protector was because of the manufactures fault and he wanted to show them. Come on now!!
