***** unacceptable

I have been with Cell C for 13 years never missing one payment. In 2021 I upgraded my 1 number and and cell c policy is I have to show my ID give a copy of my ID and proof of address. A very rude Indian lady phone me back and said I have to pay for it even if I never signed for it. Nobody gave my ID and not 1 of my sim cards was ever in the phone because someone from my contacts is using the phone that I never signed for and never showed my ID. So after paying for the phone I black listed I canceled the contract and will cancel all my contacts in March thay still take the same amount from my bank. This is unacceptable this is ***** this is the worst service.
