Unable to use my contract - Cell C of no assistance

<p>I have 100 mb of data included in my contract which lasts me a month as I'm always home and using my WiFi. I knew on Saturday I would require additional Data so on Friday I purchased an additional 1GB of Data from Cell C for R149. I was at home and did nothing different from normal until 9am on Saturday when I started to use my cell phone Data. Within minutes I received a message to advise that my inclusive data was almost depleted but I did not panic because I had purchased additional data. A few minutes later, I received a message that my inclusive data was depleted. A few minutes later I received a message that I had reached my Monthly Usage Limit and all services have been disconnected ever since. I tried to contact Cell C regarding the problem and query why the additional 1GB didn't kick in once my inclusive data was depleted and why I was charged normal rates for additional data. I got no suitable explanation, just reference number ********** 205 and a message to say that it will take 30 days to investigate. That leaves me service-less for the whole month. Extremely dissatisfied! My contract is up for renewal and see no point in continuing with Cell C because all I ever experience is endless problems.</p>
