Unable to Upgrade My COntract

So I've been with Cell C for 2 years now and have never defaulted on a payment whatsoever. I've recently qualified for an upgrade which I've tried to apply for thrice now without success. I called the first day and was on the phone for over 15 minutes with an agent asking all sorts of questions and they apparently couldn't upgrade me for some apparent reason. I called again today to follow, only to go through the same process with another agent who fails to upgrade me.<br> <br> What kind of customer care / service is this. I've been nothing but a loyal customer for the past 2 years and it comes down to this. I'm really disappointed in you Cell C, we really deserve better from you.
