Unable to upgrade my 2 contracts with Cell C

My account is up to date with Cell C and I pay religiously monthly but I'm unable to upgrade my 2 lines. I want to cancel them.

Hi

Please note I received a call yesterday and I just received a call no @12:30 but when I answer the call gets dropped. Urgently make contact as I'm waiting for the call.
