Unable to upgrade because of no stock

I have been called by Cell C everyday telling me I can upgrade so I went into the store on the 25th of June to upgrade my contract filled in all the forms taking me almost an hour because of unhelpful staff and then only have them tell me sorry they don't have any Sony Z3 in stock. They said they will request stock and they will call me within 5days today on the 7th of July I went back to the store only to have them tell me with attitude \Please wait until we call you"I has been almost 2 weeks of waiting with no responce. This store is completely unhelpful and is going to lose you clients. Please sort this out asap as I am leaving for holiday on Friday!"""
