Unable to sms or call from overseas

Before leaving for an overseas trip in September, I confirmed my international roaming was active. While I was I was overseas, I could not send any sms's. I could receive them though. I took this up with CellC on my return and was told the problem was sorted out. I also confirmed that international roaming was active for an upcoming trip in October and was assured it was. <br> <br> Now, I am overseas again, and AGAIN cannot send sms's. I also discover upon trying to phone my husband for his birthday, that I CANNOT MAKE ANY CALLS EITHER. Numerous emails to CellC have not elicited any useful response. <br> <br> No wonder they have to pay customers to join their network. I have been a CellC customer since their inception but over the last year or two, service has just gone downhill. Apart from my current woes, internet access in Cape Town and Johannesburg are also pathetic - lucky to get EDGE. And now this.
