Unable to send smses

For over 2 weeks I am unable to send any smses, I use the correct service centre number, which is +***.<br> I am still unable to find someone at customer care who speaks Afrikaans, when I ask for someone who is Afrikaans call still just gets dropped.<br> They promised me they will take that up with the supervisor and fix it as soon as possible, nothing came of it.<br> Never had these issues with Vodacom.<br> Moved to cellc for the lower prices, really regretting it now.
