Unable to repair cell phone

My S4 Samsung started giving problems, and I handed it in at Cell Clinic in Nelspruit towards the end of January. On the 3rd of February after 2 attempts and having replaced the mother board and charging component, I was refered to Samsung who directed me to Cell C in Riverside Nelspruit. Here the phone was booked in and sent off to Johannesburg for repair on the 5th of February. and returned on 27th February. <br> Sent by Cell C Nelspruit to Johannesburg again on 4th of March. Returned to me on the 17th March.<br> Again sent off to Johannesburg on the 29th March and received in Johannesburg on the 31st March.<br> It is today the 15th April and still waitinbg for the phone to be returned to me.<br> My question would be as follows:<br> Why have they not been successful in repairing the phone after 2 attempts and after the work by Cell Clinic initially.? Look at the duration each time leaving me without a phone!! When you buy a lawnmower from Game, the first time they will send it off for repair. Second break, they replace it!! That's it!! A multi billion rand company and they rather hassle with a phone for which they paid virtually nothing, than replace it and risk losing the customer!!<br>
