Unable to renew contract
I am trying to renew my contract but am under debt review, this would have been the 3rd time I would need to upgrde. The previous two times there was no problem, this time I am declined. A cellphone contract is not a credit agreement but a service agreement. It seems that being a loyal customer for 12 years counts for nothing with Cell C

28 Oct 2022, 17:19I am not trying to cancel my contract but upgrade it and am now being told I cannot as I am under debt review but this has not been a problem in the past, this would be the third time I would of had to upgrade. I have been with Cell C for 12 years already
