Unable to reach store

I have been trying to reach the Vaal Mall and Three Rivers Cell C stores from around 11am on *** and ***and ***. The phone rings but no one bothers to answer. How do you expect customers to get information if they can not speak to anyone from the store. This is really pathetic. In the past 24 hours I have been personally shown the lack of interest in customer service in this country. Please advise on how i can actually reach either of these stores!
