Unable to provide previous clients with Billing statements

<p>I would like to get my statements for the previous financial year for tax purposes. Because I am no longer a client - NO ONE can help me? Not Cell C Mall@Reds where my account was opened. Not your call centre 084 140. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they will do the same thing as the call centre agent, and then conveniently they were in a meeting? It was suggested that I go to their head office? Why?</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want my statements please.</p>
