Unable to Port/Horrible service

<p>After paying R20 0000 to cancel two contracts with Cell C due to them not having sufficent coverage in Rustenburg I was lucky enough to port one number to Vodacom but I am unable to port my second number as Cell C does not want to release my number for porting and no one can give me an answer as to what the problem is. </p> <p> </p> <p>First of all I paid the penalty for Cell C not having suficient coverage in Rustenburg and now I cannot get away from them. I need my cell phone number to work, thus meaning I have to port my number! </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't fall for the trap of moving over to Cell C, they have horrible reception and even worse customer service. </p>
