Unable to phone "086-" numbers

Since when does a service provider which is supposed to connect you to the rest of the world deny that very thing?

For what ever reason Cell C is inhibiting me from contacting a "086-" number; which happens to be the number of pretty much EVERY Standard Bank Branch! So should I have an emergency I'm going to have to wait till the weekend is over to go into the branch itself to solve my issue.

This is just one of my troubles with them as of late....

Good morning Jonathan

As per the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement,” Inclusive benefits” meaning any voice minutes/SMSs/MMSs/data that is included as part of the agreement and for which no extra charges are owed by you. These benefits are only for local use on local South African networks.

Therefore, you cannot call numbers such as 0800 / 0860 / 0861 with your inclusive minutes. You can call such numbers using airtime.

Regards
