Unable to pay outstanding amount! I just want to PAY

I am trying to pay the outstanding balance on an account in order to get rid of Cell C FOR EVER! They gave me the amount (R680) and banking detail, with instructions to use the service number as reference. Sounds easy? When trying to do the EFT, my bank replies with a message "The beneficiary reference number could not be identified for this account holder."!

I queried Cell C through Twitter:

Then please send me the reference number Yesterdav. 12:6 PM.
