Unable to open pdf statements.
Previously I always received my statements via pdf format. Then Cell C decided that everyone would receive their statements by way of pdf format. Ever since this change, I can never open the pdf,s. Every month I have to phone them to manually send the statement. However nobody ever offers a solution at Cell C. Once again, Cell C,s service is pathetic!!!!!!

A solution to this this would be to use the Cell C app, you can downloaded it and use for other things, like staying in control of your monthly usage, buy airtime and data.
You can set a spend limit to ensure that you can control your spend on your account. All Cell C customers can view airtime and data usage, not only from the app, but from a Widget on your smartphone too. Buy more data and services and add it to your account or buy it for a friend using your credit card. Gain access to your latest account statement, view a history of your usage and pay your account using your credit card on the App. You can easily find your upgrade date or PUK number, manage your call settings, as well as find a Cell C store near you.
