Unable to move my dad's contract to my mother's name

<p>My dad passes away beginning of February. I went to cell C in capegate centre to move his contract to my mothers name. So they said we must come back the next day, because the only needed the origanal id documents which we did gave on the next day. We had all the paper work in order. The death certificate and the bank details an d id of my dad and my mom. Then the next exuse that they could not put on my mon's name because they needed a 6 month bank statement which she does not have, because we just opened a new bank account for her where we put manually money in for her every month of her money market which is more than enough. So we only ended up changing the debit order from my dad's account to my mom's account which worked. The debit order also came now off my mom's account which is right so that she will be able to use the service of cell c. Now all of a sudden the cell c contract is suspended for incoming only. Please rectify the situasion, because all I ask is for my mother to keep the number and the cell c service and to take over the contract. We were twice at the above mentioned store and everytime it is a different story not to help her to put the existing contract over to her name. I needed this resolved a.s.a.p.
