Unable to make or receive calls

Unable to make calls or receive calls. No assistance from call centre as I am told a new story every time. Changed my sim card, followed all the instructions given still.no joy. I am told to wait for back office, I wait and no joy. I call with reference number and have to wait for another 2 days. Cellc, after being loyal for so many years, this is what I get
