Unable to make or receive calls
I am unable to make or receive calls, I can't even phone customer care. This is a reoccurring problem, sick of it.

I have spoken to your call center (spoke to Thobe) and she said that the matter has been escalated to the technical department. I must wait, without a phone for 24-48 hours, then I must phone back...
