Unable to make calls on the Cell C Network

Iam so annoyed with Cell C, I haven't been able to make calls since yesterday 17 September 2020, I finally called cell C this morning spoke to a guy named Sifiso Mbatha who told me that he won't be able to assist me because I failed 1 ****** security question and he cannot say what question is that.. I still cannot make calls and I use my phone for business. Iam stranded where I am. I demand immediate assistance.. My cell number is ***
