Unable to make 086 call

I have been a Cell C contract user since the beginning of Cell C almost two decades ago. Unfortunately your regulations regarding 086 or any 0800 numbers leave me cold. These are most often emergency numbers and medical aid. At the moment I am stuck in a situation with Discovery Health where I need to call a 086 number in order to order chronic medication. Unfortunately your policy prevents me from doing so. Therefore I am now without life saving chronic medicine for more than a week and no way of resolving this issue. Should I develop drug resistance or at worst die because of your inept service be aware that this story WILL go public. I have plenty of contract airtime available since I hardly ever make phone calls. I use my contract for DATA and text messages. This is an epic fail between Cell C and Discovery.
