Unable to log into cell c account.

I tried to log into my Cell C account as per normal through Cell C's web site but for some reason I get a message saying that my cell number does not exist...although I'm on a Cell C contract...and have been for years now. I phoned the call centre but as usual they were unable to assist and no manager was available. They apparently had to escalate the call...not sure why. I also received an sms saying my data is about to expire...which is impossible and the agent confirmed that I used less than a meg data...but can't explain why I received the sms Every time I phone the Cell C call centre all I get is incompetence and excuses. Really sick of the poor support.
