Unable to keep to confirmed deals

On 30 March, I app**** for a promotion of 5GB data + 15GB Night Surfer data and a free ZTE MF910 LTE Mi-Fi Router via the Cell C call center. The deal was advertised for R99 a month over 24 months.<br> I was assisted by a guy named Welcome. As recorded on the call, you will find me asking if availability of the Hauwei router that was advertised in the catalog was available. I was advised that you are out of stock on the Hauwei router but you have stock of the ZTE LTE router. I proceeded with ordering 2 of these deals and advised my mum to take a 3rd as it was a fantastic deal. Yesterday I received a call from Welcome, apologizing for the delay in delivery and advising me that they have no stock of the ZTE MF9100 LTE Mi-Fi router and asking me if they can provide a 3G router rather. The price difference on an LTE router vs a 3G router is substantially different apart from it being older technology, so I disagreed and since cancelled both my deals and advised my mum to do the same if they try and con her into a 3G router. I have reference numbers and a screen shot of this deal advertised on there website. Disgusting from what is supposed to be a reputable brand.
