Unable to get through to 084143

I have a contract which expire next year. I want to know how much penalty I need to pay to cancel the contract now. I have been to your branch in George. They cannot help my I must phone customer service. I have tried the past week without getting through. The agent say they are going to transfer me to the cancellations department but please if the call cuts of please dial 084143 - The CALLS DOES NOT GO THROUGH!!!!!! I have tried to phone 084143 and the number stays engage. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MUST I DO TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT WHO CAN TELL ME HOW MUCH PENALTY I MUST PAY TO CANCEL.
