unable to get reference to block my phone
<p>I lost my phone about 6 months back and I have been trying to get a block reference to claim my phone. I called cell c customer center I was told to go to a branch by a consultant when I went to cell c wonder park and collonade I was told that my number was not Rica in correctly.... my question was who fault is that as I provide my details to a store and they do the rest am still paying for my insurance and I want refrench from this number ********** 575 and I will leave ur network in peace as I fell helpless....I cannot stay with a network that I can't claim when I lost my phone</p>

I just received a call from a consultant because of lack for your customers this matter has now passed more months and due to anger we changed network, how am I expected to remember the last time I recharged after much years......my wife just lost her phone using Vodacom and she was assisted immediately and she got her new phone this is so disgusting to fail by a network while the are others that can do much better......can't they trace what phone was used on the number and other as this was being investigated the had to have asked those security question of theirs. All I want is to get reference and leave cell c please I cannot have been paying insurance for nothing
