Unable to get Payed Up latter for my contracts with Cell C

I have been trying to get hold of cell c legal department but i can not get them, i tried to call them several times but my calls were not picked up even when i am being transferred by the cell c agent. I sent cell c an email 19 October 2017 then i got Auto response stating they have received my email and was forwarded to their Legal Department i should expect response from them within two business working days but till now i have got any response. I settled my contracts with them because i wanted to improve chances of getting house loan, i was suppose to give the bank this letter but i couldn't get this letter. because of cell c and they have declined my application.
