Unable to get Paid Up Letter
I've settled my account with Cell C and Trying to get a paid up letter, They keep saying they will send me the letter and its more than one week now and still nothing! Account # ********** 76
My credit record at ITC is not updated and Cell C is not helping with this. It's really frustrating now as no one wants to help me with this. Very Bad Customer service from Cell C!!!
