Unable to get out of contract now that the term is Canceled

I will never recommend this SP. I took out a contact in 2022 July lost the phone in 2023 but continued paying my subscription. 2024 the term was ending and i did inform them I wont be renewing the contact. They continued to charge me God knows what I called up again in June spoke to a consultant who yet again canceled and to my surprise they still take payments monthly spoke to another consultant now who doesnt want to help says she cannot assit as she doesnt find my profile mean while they have no problem debiting money out of my account the managers is in meeting whole day never anyone available to speak to so it safe to say the lock u in a contract then refuse to cancel when the term is over Poor Poor Poor SP this.
