Unable to get hold of CellC contract cancellations

I wish to transfer my contract to pay-as-you-go however I cannot get through on the Cell C cancellations line. When I call 084 135 and they put me through to cancellation I get a message that says "This line is not currently operational". When I dial cancellations directory on 084 143 the call does not go through. I have tried several time without success. I also sent an email to ***. I have probably tried to 20 times so how do I get my contract transferred to pay-as-u-go if CellC does not have a functional number?
