unable to get anywhere with customer care

I have been in contact with cellc customer care for more than 83 times since the 17th of January 2015 on the same query till today I have not gotten anywhere other than an email has been sent and someone will contact you. Till today after talking to 4 different team leaders and numorous agents still have no valid usable feedback and my problem has not been resolved. I dont know what to do anymore to actually get somewhere to resolve this problem
