Hi Lyle Titus
Thank you for contacting Cell C.

Were you advised that you had failed the security check?

Unfortunately, there is no other option, as you would have to complete the security check, by answering all the questions that you are asked.

Even though i can perform the last time i have purchased airtime and not made calls in the last month, this voids the fact to approve a sim swop for a ******** record to my lost phone?
Will you put yourself in my position and accept this?

Your security checks is outdate as not all of us use simcards just for calls but for whatsapp purposes and roaming via wifi, really outdated.

How is that possible if you do not have my ID number, and i can provide you with 2 or evens 3 dates of airtime purchased from my side via my bank account, this including numbers of calls i received. So there clearly needs to be much otherway i can verify instead of the outdate method you use as it is not my fault Cell C cannot control the amount of sim cards being sold which is already rica'd. THis has been my sim card for years if not a decade and i have bank accounts home loan account and life cover policies all linked to provide i am the owner of this sim, again your verification system is out dated and there is no steps to assist a customer which is need to be assist for lost of theft devices. The service Cell C is pathetic.
