unable to do a simswap

<p>on the 28th januaury 2017 my phone got damaged and i had to get a new phone which needs a neno-sim. when i called cell c on monday i was told i couldnt get a simswap as my number was on contract. this is the same numebri have had since 2008 and its contract ended in 2010 sine then it has been on prepaid. i called again cause i couldnt understand what they meant and they gave me a numebr for java connect which i supposedly have a contract with. java connect did not have any of my information after i had been holding for a consultant for 30 minutes on a telkom line and referred me back to cell c. when i called cellc this morning the agent told me some ceel c numbers had been migrated *******ly sometime last week and mine might had also been migrated. so now im 5 days without a simswap and the next this is that they will tell be they can no lonegr do a simswap on this number. the strangest thing of all is that i did a simswap in november on the 10th i think 2016 and cell c was able to do it without any problems</p>
