Unable to close account in spite of various attempts

I paid my cell c account (acc no ***) in full and is still struggling to get the account closed, get a paid up letter and get my ITC listing updated. This is now going on since june 2023 and numerous calls have been logged (last one logged was ***) and emails had been sent to *** and *** as well as a review was posted on hello peter but still no success
